"I don't want to rush into a relationship right now."

What does it mean when a guy goes with you alone to movie, already a date like situation. Holds you hand and gets very close to, but later on says i like you but i just dont want to rush into a relationship right now. Sometimes the opposite gender can blow your mind. When you start becoming friends with a guy and its apparent that you both like each other but i don't want to rush into things, what is that supposed to mean. Why are the girls always the ones that get walked all over during a relationship. Does this reaction always mean friends with benefits or a guy who is to scared to get into anything serious? Help!!!!
